pledging to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Provide awareness and understanding of the impact of poor mental ill health to our workforce and promote positive mental health through facilitated workshops, with the aims of:<ul><li>Reducing stigma and discrimination<\/li><li>Encouraging conversation in the workplace<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Educate and enable champions from across the workforce to support keeping our people safe<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Provide access to accredited Mental Health First\nAid training and provide assistance to signpost workers\nto support in their communities<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Recognise and accept education and training provided by peers and Building Mental Health partners<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\"
